世界でCapcom pro tourに関する大会が行われている最中、北米ではこのイベントが行われているのです。
勿論このイベント自体も、最終的にはカプコンプロツアーに関係していきます。

カプコンプロツアー北米枠最終予選のことです。11月4日〜6日開催。場所はSeattle Center Exhibition Hall。
14箇所のカプコンプロツアー北米ランキング大会で優勝(もしくは好成績による繰り下げ権利取得)をした14名と、
最大512人×2日＝合計1024名で行われる当日予選のオープントーナメントから通過した2名を加えた合計16名で行われます。
優勝者はカプコンカップ進出です。

カプコンプロツアー北米枠最終予選への参加遠征費をかけた大規模な大会のことです。
まず北米の6か所で毎月行われるランキングバトルで好成績を収めた選手の合計16名(北米5か所×上位3名+トロント1名)が、
10月21日〜23日にRed Bull eSports Studio(場所:サンタモニカ)でプレーオフを行い、
優勝者が北米枠最終予選遠征費GETの資格を得ます。

開催日は8月29日〜30日、9月26日〜27日、10月24日〜25日の3回。
優勝者は上記で触れた「Red Bull Battle Grounds 2016」への旅費とホテル代を得ることが可能。
